This contains 160 pills, the serving size is 3 caplets. Proprietary Blend is 825mg and contains MaHuang(Standardized for 30mg Ephedrine), Citrus Aurantium (Standardized for 30mg Synephrine), Yerba Mate, Guarana, Kola Nut, White Willow Bark.
Dosage is take 2 or 3 caplets one to three time daily. Do not exceed 10 caplets in a 24 hour period.
What I would recommend is to start out with 1 tablet with breakfast and 1 at lunch and see how you feel! Then if you would like, go on to the recommended dose below! Always listen to your body, if you feel jittery or lightheaded, please dont take any more!
Directions : Take 2 tablet with breakfast and 2 tablet with lunch.
